The client initiates the process by uploading the 3D model in STEP format, containing all the necessary details for 3D printing. This file ensures that the data we receive is accurate and ready for processing. It includes information such as dimensions, material specifications, and geometrical data.
Our team thoroughly reviews the STEP file to ensure it's error-free and ready for production. This evaluation checks for any potential issues, such as missing or incorrect geometry, and verifies that the design can be effectively produced using the MJF 5200 process. If necessary, we will make suggestions or adjustments and communicate with the client to ensure the file is optimized for 3D printing.
After confirming that the file is ready, the 3D printing process begins. Using the Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 5200 printer, we lay down layers of fine powder material, which are selectively fused using a binding agent.
