A step-by-step guide to how we handle your project from receiving your STEP file to delivering your finished product.

Client Sends STEP File ( Timeline : 5 to 10 minutes )

The client initiates the process by uploading the 3D model in STEP format, containing all the necessary details for 3D printing. This file ensures that the data we receive is accurate and ready for processing. It includes information such as dimensions, material specifications, and geometrical data.

Pre-processing & File Evaluation ( Timeline : 1 to 5 hours )

Our team thoroughly reviews the STEP file to ensure it's error-free and ready for production. This evaluation checks for any potential issues, such as missing or incorrect geometry, and verifies that the design can be effectively produced using the MJF 5200 process. If necessary, we will make suggestions or adjustments and communicate with the client to ensure the file is optimized for 3D printing.

Printing Process (MJF 5200) ( Timeline : 12 hours )

After confirming that the file is ready, the 3D printing process begins. Using the Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 5200 printer, we lay down layers of fine powder material, which are selectively fused using a binding agent. The process is incredibly precise, ensuring high-quality, durable parts with fine detail. This step is crucial in achieving parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances.

Post-processing ( Timeline : 1 to 2 hours )

After printing, the parts undergo a detailed post-processing phase. This includes the removal of excess powder, cleaning, curing, and surface finishing. Post-processing ensures that the parts are free of any loose particles, have the desired surface finish, and are prepared for final inspection. Some parts may also undergo additional treatments such as dyeing, polishing, or coating to meet specific client requirements.

Quality Assurance

Before moving to delivery, every part undergoes a thorough quality assurance check. This includes dimensional measurements, visual inspections, and functional tests to verify that the part meets the client's exact specifications and is free from defects. We ensure that each part complies with industry standards and adheres to any specific requirements provided by the client during the design phase.

Delivery ( Shipped within 24 hours )

After the final quality check, the parts are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. Depending on the client's needs, we can ship internationally, offering a range of delivery options to suit deadlines and budget. Our team ensures that the product reaches the client securely and on time, providing tracking information to keep the client informed throughout the delivery process.
